Frequently Asked Questions

Here you will find a list of frequently asked questions and answers. Please reach out if you cannot find an answer to your question and I will be happy to assist you!

How long are cookies good for?

All cookies are heat sealed in cellophane bags & stay fresh for up to two weeks. You can also freeze cookies for up to 6 months!

I have an allergy, what ingredients are in your cookies?

I believe in safety above all else. If you have allergies, it is imperative to let me know before purchasing.

Since I am a home cottage baker, all cookies may come in contact with common allergens (dairy, eggs, wheat, gluten, corn, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish, bananas).

ALL ingredients are labels on all cookie orders!

A Food allergy disclaimer is made on my order form and must be acknowledged.

What is your refund policy?

I require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon accepted order to secure your spot. The remaining 50% is due the day before pickup. I do not offer refunds, unless the cookies are given back. If there is an issue, I will definitely do my very best to work with you to resolve the situation and feel valued! I care about each one of you and want to make sure I give you the best experience I can.

How do I store my left over cookies?

If you plan on eating them within two weeks, they can be stored in an airtight container on your counter or in a pantry. If keeping them longer, place them in a freezer in an airtight container stacked side by side. Once ready to eat, take the container out of the freezer and let come to room temperature before opening the lid so the condensation does not mess with the design.

How do you package your cookies?

All cookies are packaged in a cellophane bag and heat sealed to preserve freshness. Then packaged inside a bakery box!

Ribbon can be added to each cookie for an additional $5 per dozen.

Why are custom cookies so expensive?

I understand that pricing may be a sticker shock at first glance, but there's a lot more that goes into creating custom cookies than what meets the eye. Each cookie is meticulously crafted over several days with layers of icing applied with care. It takes countless hours of skilled work to bring each design to life. When you consider the cost of all materials used, and factor time and expertise invested, my pricing reflects the quality and dedication behind my products. I hope this shines some light to why pricing is the way it is.

Do you ship or deliver cookies?

Yes I do!

Delivery: Cost is based on distance/time. Base Price $10 + $0.67 government rate per mile.

Shipping: Only within the state of Indiana. You pay shipping cost + $6 for shipping supplies.

Are your cookies fresh?

Yes! I make everything from scratch the week your order is picked up. Cookies & icing are both made from scratch.

How far in advance do I need to book my order?

As soon as possible is the best answer I can give! Since this a part time hobby job and I am busy with my full time job, and taking care of my family, I only take a limited number of orders per week. Ordering months in advance is the best route to go:)

I am usually booked 2-3 months in advance!
